Yes, when we create your plan, We will keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced. Prior to starting you’ll be sent or talk through a the consultation/starter pack depending if we are face to face or online, this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan.
No, this is a lifestyle change, this is going to be sustainable. We are going to talk about the foods and meals your household eat together and see where we can make healthier choices and changes if needed. You are going to eat foods you enjoy because life is for living and enjoyment. This is no fad diet.

Yes, as long as it has been spoken about before your session and explained in full, and there is no risk to life. Exercises can be adapted/modified to get the best out of your session, both face to face or online coaching.
