Online Coaching is like having your very own personal trainer at the convenience of your finger tips, to be with you every step of the way on your fitness journey. The misconception of an online coach is that you have a generic training programme and your left to your own devices. I have good news its much more than that. Whether you’re a full-time gym user, workout from home, have 1 x set of Dumbbells or even no equipment we can work with what equipment you have in the time you have. We overcome barriers together, turn problems into solutions, were not a one programme fits all company. We set realistic goals that are sustainable and throughout our time in working together we always try our best to make it enjoyable. The great aspect of having an online coach is there is more flexibility, you may be able to train 3 x week but on days that are convenient, however this doesn’t mean it can be missed all together, because as an online coach it’s our duty to help you achieve your goals and stay consistent.
What is the Procedure?

Fill out the Enquiry Questions

Within 48 hours we will be in contact to book a telephone call to discuss things further.

If you’re wanting to move forward, payment will be processed. Once this is complete you will receive log in details which allows you full access to your own app where you will complete an in-depth consultation form. Once completed this will be analysed and if we require more detail we will be in touch.

Within 3-5 Days You will receive a tailored unique workout programme based on what suits you and your lifestyle.

You will track absolutely everything on the app for example, log your workouts, nutrition tracker, steps, water intake, daily comments on how your feeling, stress levels, your thoughts, daily habit checks, progress photos and anything else you require.

Hybrid Online Coaching ( Online & 1-2-1 Face to face PT session)

Hybrid personal training is a blend of 1-2-1 face to face personal training session combined with online coaching. When we are not face to face, you will still have your very own personal trainer at the convenience of your fingertips, to be with you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re a full-time gym user, workout from home, have 1 x set of Dumbbells or even no equipment we can work with what equipment you have in the time you have. We overcome barriers together, turn problems into solutions, were not a one programme fits all company. We set realistic workouts and goals outside of your face-to-face session for you to go away and achieve with the help of online. The great aspect of having a Hybrid online coach is there is more flexibility, you may be able to train 3 x week but you do not have a strict time of the day you need to achieve by, however this doesn’t mean it can be missed all together, because as an online coach it’s our duty to ensure you are consistence, following workouts set and keeping you on track. Combining online and face to face PT sessions keeps you motivated, ensure form and technique is correct and physically having someone pushing through your exercise workout.
