What to expect in a consultation?
Once you have enquired you will be sent a consultation pack over that you will complete before we meet face to face, this also give you chance to write down any additional questions you may have. We will then have One hour where you come to Remote Fitness see the gym, analyse the questions and simply have a relaxed chat, see if you think I am the personal trainer for you. There is nothing to be concerned or worried about, no pressure. Things we will discuss:
- Medical Past/Present History
- Medical Conditions and if needed a medical clearance form to be completed by your GP
- Any injuries
- Lifestyle Questions, where we see how much free time you have to exercise. Its about what we can do not what we can’t.
- Nutrition – This will allow me to give advice if needed.
- Specific Goals/ Objectives, and whether there are any barriers.
- Like/Dislikes
- Blood Pressure/Resting Heart Rate
- Measurements – Only if you feel comfortabl
- Weight
- Mobility & Posture Assessment.
All of the above are all relevant to allow us to Tailor a specific exercise programme that will work for you and your lifestyle.
Moving forward as long as your happy, we will then book a 1-2-1 Practical session.

Minimum 48 Hours Cancellation policy otherwise Full Amount to be paid.
