What to expect in a PT Session? Throughout your session we will work through your exercise programme which is unique and tailored specifically based on you and the goals set in your consultation. As a personal trainer it is my duty of care to create a safe and effective programme, where you’ll also learn correct form and technique. Exercises may involve cardiovascular exercises such as running, rowing etc, resistance training such as with dumbbells, bands, resistance machines or even stretching. Throughout your session you can freely ask any questions.
